Leader of the Oreos you see today. He, unlike the actual creator, made Oreos rise and did everything that was in his power to get them as far as he could.

He apparently created the Oreos, but didn’t do much after he created them.

After Ballion had left The Oreos and merged them into Romans Bepboy9 decided to revive the Oreos because they were his favorite army. Bepboy9 wanted to make the Oreos rise to their best potential, and he did a great job at it.

Meano is by far one of the best Oreos leaders , along with Bepboy9 and Khimo. Although he caused trouble in Oreos he was a great leader and returns in times of need , Oreos wouldn’t be here without him.
